I am passionate about helping People and Organizations to unlock their potential for growth. One of my core belief systems, is that all people have unique talents and as such my Talent Management approach in an “Inclusive” way, and as such all People in an Organization are considered Talents. In addition to this, my experience have demonstrated, that the most impactful approach of Talent Management is a Development oriented approach, where there is a consistent and transparent understanding across the Organization of what dimensions are used to Identify, Assess and Develop Talents. To accelerate impact in the organization, a key leaver is regular, open, honest and transparent dialogues between People Leaders and employees to identify the most impactful development intervention to prepare the employee for future success, given their individual aspirations for their life and career, being it to sustains their performance in current role, or prepare them for success in any potential future roles.
I have worked for some of the biggest companies in the world in Country, Regional, Global Business Unit and Group level, both as Generalist and COE specialist within the Talent and Development space, and hold an Executive Masters in Human Ressources Leadership from Bocconi/Ruttgers Universities.
